Kids Classes:

Our Kids Yoga Programs are very important to our Kids Team and close to our hearts. We are seeing more and more children struggling with anxiety, due to living in a world of over-stimulation & constantly on the go. Yoga provides a chance for children (and adults) to slow down, connect to their breath and bodies to develop greater self-awareness, confidence, peace, and to cultivate creativity.

Children are naturally drawn to the simple practices of yoga and mindfulness, and these tools become foundations for healthy coping skills for the rest of their lives. We explore topics such as; boundaries, personal values & strengths, understanding & communicating our emotions, and much more through games, crafts, and various age appropriate exercises. Watching children bring these practices into their daily lives and share it with their families brings us such joy!
